Good Baguette in GPnt/Wburg?

Can anyone recommend a bakery that makes a great baguette in the area? I'll be moving to this hood soon, and I forgot to scope out the baguette situation beforehand!

    Not too sure but take a stroll up Manhattan Ave. I'm sure you'll find somethin.

    The cheese shop on Bedford ave has great bread

    I think I may have a winner: Anthony & Sons on Graham. The bread itself is actually from the Italian bakery on Metro and Lorimer I believe, BUT Anthony's also carries some seriously good fresh mozzarella, cheaper than the Bedford Cheese shop, cheaper than Fairway...and it's next to Caffe Capri.

    As for other non-baguette bread, I've been pretty chuffed with Syrena's sliced bread.

    Oh man I'm gonna haveta check out that mozzarella situation. Do ya know how late they're open? I dont usually get off the Graham L til after 8ish :?
