I think I ate too many dumplings last night. It didn't make me feel sick or anything, but this morning I woke up with a craving for pig that only 6 strips of bacon could satisfy.
And now that the bacon is all gone, I'll have to find a substitute. Em said there was some other meat that tasted similar to pork, what was that . . . -

Tasy Dumpling on Mulberry, just south of Bayard. It's not worth coming all the way from Brooklyn, but definitely a good spot to stop if it's on your way home from work.
