It is true, Karen died in October.... It was a tradgedy, what she looked like for such a pretty and young girl... Two sisters died a couple of years apart, So yoing... !! Go Figure !!
I can't believe your Dad must be in his 70's... Make sure you tell him I asked... !! I think he was the same age as my Dad, which would make hime about 71....

Back from delivering my order of balloons to Boccelli's. Getting ready to go back out to Costco for a few things I think. Debating if I should or not They say Costco is not doing any CHRISTMAS STUFF as far as acknowledging Christmas I wll see when I get there.
Have to finish my shopping and I am not getting crazy whateve I get I get I am living in the moment and going to enjoy the holidays. I am not going to let this materialized now holiday get to me. I am going to take WARREN'S advice and live for today and remember all the blessings that I have around me including all of you dear friends.
I remember a time and you know Franny when I could not count any blessings at the time 1999 when Dave died and my mom and dad. SOOOOOOOOOO I am going to be thankful for God putting me in a good place right now and I am going to enjoy the moment.
WARREN is on here for a reason like all of us. As i was falling asleep last night I kept on thinking about what Warren wrote and I am so fortunate to say that When both my son's got off the phone they both said I LOVE YOU and I thought about how Warren said he remembered the times he told his Mom he loved her and it still touches my heart today.
THANK U AGAIN WARREN FOR ALL U WROTE AGAIN I SAY THANKU THANK U THANK U because for the first time in years I am not getting crazy even though we are only a few days away from Christmas. I AM CHILLING OUT..LOL Love Terry -

Alittle word of advice...Call and send cards with notes to Tommy r. I know from experience when my husband was very ill those cards and calls and visits meant the world to him. AND.....Let me tell u, my husband was a very handsome man and the cancer just took all his looks away but a visit from people or especially a card in the mail every week was Christmas day for him when he opened the mail.......I read the book
chicken book for the soul and so many people wrote when they were sick or their loved ones they appreciated the call, the card the visit or just that someone shopped for the little things. love terry -

You bet I can relate. Mine said he is leaving college at 11:00AM , Time of arrival try 6:30 PM No one in his entire bldg. He falls back asleep, cell phone on vibrate. NERVES !!! you want to talk nerves. I thought my husband was gonna kill him when he turns around & says this is the kind of holiday I came home to. BANG ZOOOOOOOOOM TO THE MOON.

SUZIE......... GREAT COCA COLA Video, I'm like a little kid I LOVE Christmas lights.
Talk about Xma Lites, if anyone is interested on chan 21 tonite 8pm they have the show on Diker Hgts.,S.I. lites etc... and also the Train show from the Botanical Garden where all the bldgs. are created from things in the woods. It is really amazing how they created it & added Yankee Stadium for this Xmas. Check the time for both.
The Xmas lite one has been on before. -

My son came home today with his girl and surprised me he was not coming home until tomorrow. After the snow incident he stayed in Nj with his gitl and her family NICE SURPRISE after all the aggravation yesterday.

Terry - You are so funny -- You are so right, I go out and have to syke (sp) myself to stay calm. Today I was in Kohl's and the line literatelly was wrapped around the store.......I almost walked out...but I said ok this is the last store and it will go fast.....and I can't believe how fast the line went......you truely have to just stay calm, because I am like you always running around like a nut...... FUNNY STORY....My sister Lori is shopping getting the rest of the items for our orders. Ready to scream from her nerves the lady near her is singing Christmas Carols and very happy keeping calm like we all should do. Lori said I was ready to ring her neck if she sang one more Christmas Carol and being so nice. On the other hand she hit the back of an old lady, she hit her foot with the wagon and she was yelling and screaming at her. AS JOE WOULD SAY U CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP LOL

I enjoy washing a barrel size hamper filled with laundry, don't they include "how to wash clothes " in class.
I enjoy his wonderful caring words , I'm starvinggggggg whats for dinner for the next 30 days that I am home. LOL
I enjoy telling him to put all the stuff he brought home in the closet, its in the closet - FLOOR !!
But yuh gotta LOVE EM ............. right -

I just got home from a wonderful dinner with friends I acquired through my marriage to Frank. It's wonderful - all his friends are in long-time
marriages 30+ years on an average - so it's good. (Unlike what I am used to...) Celebrated our 'last' official Christmas with them.
So let's all enjoy the gift of today - whether it's our kids' coming home from college and leaving their laundry on the floor... or our pets
knocking down our Christmas tree.. Let's celebrate the fact that we could take a breath.... and be here for another day... to do what we need
to.. to help each other along each day.
Terry, you're probably sleeping now - I'm going to my email to see what
