Please appreciate the food on your table, however big or small, the people who put it there, the ones who made it, the mouth that pleasures in it, the stomach that is able to digest it, the intestines that are able to pass it, the blood that holds on to the nutrients to sustain our bodies to see the next day and its wonder that it brings, the muscles and rectum that secretes its waste and the people who you hold most dear to share it with.

Be thankful and please cherish the things we take for granted.

still awake. my nieces flight is delayed, so I've set my table for tomorrow and have been preparing non stop since 6:30 a.m. i'm having sixteen people over tomorrow.

Good Morning All: Thought today would be a relaxing day, but NOT !!! I realized that I still have a bit to do. So, even though it wasn't planned, I have to go to a few stores. I bought some ricotta and put everything in the refrigerator except that (forgot) and then took the kids down to my son. Well, in less than 4 minutes, the dogs had the container opened, the seal removed and totally eaten !!!! Aren't pets great !!

So just in case I don't get back on today, Have a Very Merry Christmas and enjoy.

Having a house full of people (once again) today for the fish dinner and having some of my dearest friends over tomorrow. I go back to work on January 5th so, here's hoping I can get back on here. I really miss reading everyone's posts.
