Why don't local business owners shovel their sidewalks?

I wonder where that business owner, nkos-asshat or whatever, is -- the one who claimed last winter though he owned the building he had no responsibility whatsoever for clearning the sidewalk. Union and Seventh, if I remember right.

If anyone wants to make $20 bucks the next time (and every time) it snows enough to stick, I'll gladly pay them to shovel my stoop and sidewalks. If interested, please PM me.
As a homeowner, I would love to know folks who are willing to shovel for pay. But I don't. -
booklaw, i'm trying to find someone in jersey to do them for my mom. not easy, unless you use landscapers for crazy amounts of $$.
i don't think kids shovel anymore -

The Sanitation Dept was giving giving out violation notices to the brownstones on President St between 7th and 8th Ave on Friday afternoon.
