When did you get this flier? When we went to dinner there last week, they said it was a 4 course meal for $110 per person. When can you reserve for $55 per person? -

Bogota's traditionally always done regular menu on holidays. I'm not 100% they're doing it for New Years, but I'd give it a shot for sure.

Yummy! I guess I never looked at their menu before, but am putting this on my list....even if not for NYE.

My word for dinner on NYE is Early. Dinner at 6pm(almost anywhere) and then later invite some friends over for snacks and usher in the New Year at Home. Well.. tha is my plan but I have 25 years plus on the average age os poster on Brooklynian.
-
Am either doing dinner here or in Gramercy area. I think there might be more/better food options there....I just don't feel like finding a taxi home. There's no way I want to get on the F'ing train with (extra) drunks.
Plus, his big ass TV is already installed, while mine won't likely be here by then.
If I find someplace good and local, he'll come here.
We'll eat early, watch some movies and drink a bit. -

A few years back we had NYE dinner at 200 5th, we like the food there. Trying to think who else would be doing regular dinner. Maybe Moutarde or Belleville?

i'm pretty sure sidecar has the regular menu in place w/a couple of specials. at least they did last year.
-
How about the French place on 5th Canille? (SP?) it's by the Chocolate Room, so you can eat your french and then go next door and get wonderfull chocolate (I think they have beer too)
-Edit to translate that to english -

I'm in the same boat, looking for a place with a regular menu, not prix fixe. I'm thinking about Al Di La, Blue Ribbon Sushi, Brooklyn Fish Camp. -

Spoke too soon, Al Di La and Brooklyn Fish camp are closed. Blue Ribbon is open. -
passed by Pepperoncino today. They have a special menu up, but it's not prix fixe

Well, after all of this, I've decided to go to Manhattan for dinner there. I just hope I can find a cab home!
-
Why don't you just call Eastern to pick you up?
I think we ate at Anthony's year before last, regular menu. -
eastern freaks me out. last time i used them i got a driver who looked like that scary little woman from poltergeist. she was hacking up a storm, and the car was filled with dolls. no thanks, i'd walk home
