  • so, force BG to go to an open supermarket....
  • daisy's? does purity deliver?
  • why_not, nobody is leaving the house. he BG already ordered from baluchis.

what time should i expect MY pancakes?

    glad you got your fix
  • why_not, likely not as much as i should.

    flexi: c'mon over
  • these are important issues...

Will you base your tip on the bill?
The fact that it is cold out?
    Your distance from purity?
    The speed your order arrives?

...and some readers are bored enough to wonder.

Will you be posting pictures of your pancakes?

    Will you flipping us off?

meh....too cold, plus I have a kitteh on my lap who does not want me to get up
  • the freezing cold is in his favor. it's either 9 or 11 blocks, i can't do math.

i'm not thrilled that the minimum for delivery was $12, usually it's $10 at most places, but this is not the delivery person's fault.

i will base my tip on a: the bill, and b: how the delivery person treats the transaction.
  • see, i knew you wouldn't leave the house!

You only answered a few of the questions.... slacker!
  • now i know what i am making for breakfast tomorrow image
  • [quote=shishkab]now i know what i am making for breakfast tomorrow image

now you know who's coming over
  • i'm sorry, ADD, didn't see the rest of your questions.

no, i will not be taking pictures. they will not be outside of my tummy long enough for pictures. ergo, no flipping off either. sorry!
  • my search for meaning continues.....
  • keep it up, shisky and you'll have to save me a seat at the table

    I'm just sayin'
  • shish, i can guarantee the picture of your pancakes is far superior to the pancakes i will be receiving
  • shish, you'll have to post the ones you make tomorrow ...so we can compare.
  • what? oh, sorry...

    too busy eating.

    {{{burp}}}

    'scuse me.
  • how were the pancakes? better than Clinton st baking co?
  • ok, here's the report:

the pancakes were good, not great. but they were plentiful. (i think the ones from windsor cafe are better. but, again, they were closed. and, additionally, their delivery has been a bit off in the past few months.)

delivery guy got more of a tip than he should have, thanks to why_not. (he came up the steps and i asked how much and he said, "$15!" which i KNEW wasn't the case. total was $13.90. this is a giant pet-peeve because i think they think i will just hand over a $20 if they say that. really, it makes me want to give less of a tip. so i gave him $18 total. figure out that percentage. more than i wanted to because i don't like feeling ripped off.
  • I hate when people do that shit. I know Eastern is $6 w/in PS. When I get a driver that tries to charge me $7, I know he's ripping me off.
  • flour, eggs, milk, salt, sugar, baking powder, blueberries - could of ran to your local bodega and made pancakes for the whole week with what you spent on your order.
  • this would have involved her leaving house.....
  • and not being able to complain about the whole ordeal :)
