What a blast from the past! Sofia Pica called me over the weekend and told me about this site. It brought back so many memories, Jack's candy store, Mikes, Rocko's, egg creams, Germains, remember those chow mein sandwichs?? My mom would always send me there to buy them for lunch!! My name is Linda (DiNallo) I grew up on 20th st between 5 & 6th avenue. You may know my younger brother Ronnie. We used to hang out in the park on 6th ave and 19th st with Tuna, Steven & Vinny Price, Kathy, Maureen, Mary, Carmela, Frankie - or once upon a time at the"shack" in Joey & Donna Aversano's house....... -
