I WISH I COULD WALK THIS FRIGGIN KNEE I SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAVE GOTTEN THE OPERATION I AM WORSE NOW. I USED TO WALK DYKER PARK WITH MIKE AND SHORE ROAD 6 TO 9 MILES A DAY WE WERE SO THIN. MOVED OUT HERE GAINED 21 LBS GOT BACK TO WALKING THE PARK OUT HERE 2X EVERY MORNING LOST THE WEIGHT AND THEN THE KNEE GAVE OUT. I COULD BE WALKING WITH MIA EVERYDAY.

Terry, I did the same with the knee surgery and in May, in the car accident, I demolished the other knee. Not conducive to exercising and walking, lol. I need and want a double knee replacement.

THAT IS WHERE WE USED TO WALK TO THE BEACH AND BACK 2 TIMES EVERYDAY SNOW, RAIN NOW I CANT EVEN WALK 3 BLOCKS WITH THIS KNEE

U KNOW JANET MY KNEE USED TO HURT ONCE IN AWHILE NOW I AM IN BAD SHAPE FROM THE OPERATION. MY BACK HURTS PROBABLY BECAUSE OF THE WAY I AM WALKING AND PUTTING 20LBS ON DOES NOT HELP THAT IS LIKE 50 LBS ON YOUR KNEE SO THAT IS WHY I AM TRYING TO DROP A FEW MAYBE IT WILL HELP PLUS I AM GOING TO GO TO A CHIROPRACTOR WHO ALSO SENDS U FOR A MASSAGE WHICH IS COVERED BY MY INSURANCE. SO HOPEFULLY BY THE REUNION I WILL BOOGIE ON DOWN WITH BOB

Months ago, if I walked on the hard surface of the mall, it hurt all the way up to my hips. I swear, I couldn't walk more than a few hundred yards. It stopped as fast as it started

THE mall is the worse place my legs used to hurt even before i had knee problems the floor in the malls are really not good to walk on.
