I JUST MADE CHICKEN THIGH & LEGS ....I SPRINKLED A LITTLE SALT & PEPPER, PARSLEY & ONION POWDER, AND A LITTLE PAPRIKA ...WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL....IN THE OVEN FOR AND HOUR IN A HALF....UNCOVERED ....THEN I SAW ON RACHEL REY .....SHE CLEANED THE OUTSIDE OF THE SWEET POTATOES REALLY GOOD....CUT THEN LONG WAYS ...THEN CUT THEM AGAIN ....IN WEDGES .....PUT IN BAKING DISH ....SPRINKLE A LITTLE OLIVE OIL AND A LITTLE SALT....AND BAKE IN 450 DEGREE OVEN FOR ABOUT AN HOUR ....IT CAME OUT PRETTY GOOD! PLUS A CAESAR SALAD ...WHICH ISNT GOOD FOR US !!!! LOL -
