hubby and I are looking to buy a 3 bedroom apt in the hood... if you know of anyone selling, or see something up in you building, i'd love to hear about it. hard to find those for sale by owner units, but I'd love to check them out..

    Subject: 3 Bdrm to buy

    There is a building on St. Marks Ave almost at the corner of Classon - across from the school that is advertising 2 & 3 bdrms starting at $350 or $389. I live on St. Marks Ave and have loved living there... There is also a house on St. Marks - I think it is # 424 or 426 that is for sale for $789, however, they are taking all offers...

    3BR Condos on Butler Pl ~$500K. We looked at one. Would require a lot of work to suit us. I figured another $150K to get it the way I would like it.

    why not look @ brokers ads too?
