Lost post! The accidental gentrifier

This message board now has more than 25,000 posts and takes up almost 100 MB of text space... That's a lot to sort through, so I knew this would happen eventually...

I'm looking for a post that I think was made by a guest... she said she had just moved into one of those massive apartment buildings on Underhill between St. Johns and Sterling. If I recall correctly, she was not from the area and her realtor had left her wholly unprepared for all-hours noise, partying, cleanliness issues, etc.

I refer to this as the "accidental gentrifier" post. Does it ring a bell?
