Good Knit and Good Luck — Brooklynian

Good Knit and Good Luck

Hello again Yarn People,

The Knit In at Freddy's has been moved to every third Sunday of the month. We've been displaced by some shaggy emo boy-bands and a foozball team. Oi vey. So don't show up with your stuff on Saturday, but be there on Sunday, February 19, from 5:30 until 8:30 pm.

Feeling lonley? That's because you keep forgotting about Valentine's Day! Check out Red Lipstick for some lovely Valentine's Day gifts.

The Men's Forum? We don't need little black bars over our eyes to conceal our identities. This group is guy-friendly. Stitch, bitch, nosh, talk about guy things and try the home made chicken soup with zatar bread.

Congratulations Doug on your dental surgery. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Don't eat any wooden pretzels.

Frank, nice vest!

The Knit In at Freddy's, on February 19th is canceled.

My father passed away this morning and I have to fly to Guam ASAP for services. The stitch and bitches at Maha's and Prospect Perk are still on every week.

Thanks folks, I appreciate your sentiments. It's been a loooong 24 hours of long distance calls and e-mails.

    20 hour flight = sweater.
  • That will be one special sweater. Make it for yourself. Safe travels.
