    You were accused of being a failure because you said you could get her to make it work in one night.

    She just got it to work now. The fact that it was hooked up correctly all along is a mitigating factor, however.

    So, given the above....
    The judge rules that Flexi is 90% responsible for it taking 2 days to set up her new TV.

    The Penalty: She is to host the UnReal World viewing party in 4 weeks.

    The judge also rules that Voodoo underestimated the task before him, and is 10% liable.

    The Penalty: Time served providing Flexi blog based tech support.
