Yes, yes it is. Ugh-dirty realtor speak. Sorry about that! I went from 4th ave and 21st st to 7th ave and 13th st while filming.

jason, please do not take this the wrong way... i like your footage. however, the thing practically gave me a seizure. "twilight snowfall video" sounds like it should be tranquil and serene.
