Which airport do you use more often -- JFK or LGA?

Forever. I can't believe people are willing to deal with that shit when they're carrying luggage around. A cab is well worth it. On the way back from the airport, you can usually find someone in the cab line to split a cab with (NOTE: You are NOT ALLOWED to do this at Newark, which is another reason why Newark sucks).

no no. it's not that bad. I took the A train from Fulton to JFK on Friday. If the A is running express it is about 45 minutes from there so I would imagine about 35 from Broadway/Lafayette. However, taking the A train can be a nightmare if you have an early morning/late night flight. I once had an early morning flight that meant I had to get on the A at 3:30am in order to get there in time. The A was running local and this was back when I lived in Washington Heights. It was a 2 hour trip.

whoa! cab fare from newark is $50! $45 from LGA?! that's insane. I'd kill someone.

gotten to newark and LGA for $30 or $35 -- !!!

Only took me about 45 minutes last time I did it. It takes me that long to get to Midtown (which I do every day), so I don't see what the big deal is.

i usually walk down washington to fulton street to catch the train to JFK: it's taken me 3 hours from my apt. to the inside of JFK. plus someone always starts with me on the A train. :evil:

Is this by yellow cab or car service? How do they get there? You shouldn't be paying more than $25 by yellow and $28-$30 by car service.
