    *But* I hope they keep it like that long enough for me to buy a place on the block at a cheap price. Once they build something in that shit-hole (pun intended) property prices will soar again.

    i loved that building. all the graf and decay aside, it was a really old, nice looking structure. i wish they had have chosen to renovate it. i think thats been discussed in other threads here, so i wont digress further into that area.

    Frankly, I loved that building too. I even liked the grafiti. Not the trash or weeds, but I thought that building had character.

    yeah. i ganked the "before" one (with credit) from frank lynch, cause i only had a blurry cameraphone pic of "before" but the rest are mine.
