Make your own mozzarella on 5th Ave?

Somewhere on the west side of 5th Ave between 3rd and Carroll (I think) I saw an ad in the window of a place offering classes on making your own mozzarella. I mentally noted the name of the place, but misplaced my mental note. Little help?

M&S Butcher/Pork store. The place that used to be called A&S pork Store that recently moved. They are on 5th Avenue between 2nd & 3rd Street.
