I am fairly certain the only option is Cablevision.

we have verizon DSL, we get dsl, a wired phone, long distance service all bundled for $60

optimum/cablevision. it was 29.95 for the first year and then got hiked to 49.95 after the promotion was over. it's very fast but service goes out sometimes.

check them out <http>
what do you use, and how much do you pay?
Thanks
I have been with them for 10 years or so. No problems ever.
I also use them for phone service (voip).
If you have a pots (plain old telephone service) line ask about porting and a dry loop. You'll save some change on your phone bill.
My configuration is a bit advanced so my rates are different than advertised, but they are a good deal.
