Hello,

I'm looking for a one bedroom apartment in Kensington or Ditmas Park. I'm a single occupant-- no pets. I've worked full time at the same job for 2 years, and I'm looking for a place to call my home.

If you're looking for a tenant you will pay the rent on time (looking for something 900-1025)

Quiet/Considerate

And just a lovely person! Then respond! I'm looking for something immediate or by the beginning of February. I know you're out there!

    I noticed that you are looking for a one bedroom apartment in the Brooklyn area. I have an apartment located right off Ocean Avenue just a short block away from Prospect Park, and down the street from the B and Q subways. The price for this beautiful apartment is $1,100, and there is NO BROKERS FEE!!!!! I noticed that it is a little bit over your price range, however it is a great apartment and amazing location so I figured you might still want to have a look at it and make a decision there after.
