Crown Heights brokers?

I've read the previous threads on the PH boards, but I'm wondering whether there's anyone who deals specificlaly with Crown Heights that maybe didn't get mentioned over there. Any suggestions about good folks to try or people to avoid?

    I just used Hakeem Shahid to get my apartment in December. He was great, very informative about the apartments and neighborhoods that he showed me. I liked that he didn’t waste my time, showing me areas and apartments that were out of my price range.

    But what I really loved about him, is that he was easy to get into contact with and met up with me at my convenience (basically I didn’t have to take a day off from work to hand in some paperwork).

    I have recommended him to lots of people, and I definitely suggest you use him. Check out his listings on craigslist…
