bknest-- I don't know much about the BID process, but I did read the other press on the BID getting approved. What is your understanding about what happens now? Is there some kind of appeal process? Do you know why the no votes mentioned on your site were dismissed by the clerk?

Well, I hope the BID votes were all counted and nothing happened here that wasn't democratic.
I also think that long-term, a cleaner, brighter, and more attractive Fulton St might earn every business the $2 a day that this BID commands. Maybe not. -
