no time to move the car and went back a few hours later and was shocked to find NO ticket on the car. this doesn't seem possible.

    AS was in effect in CG, so i assume it also was in PS. Sounds like you lucked out!

    Happened one time to me. But it was 10 below zero, so most cops were most likely back at the precinct.

    Cookies are the usual. Order in Febuary, they show up sometime in June. Dammit, now I want a thin mint.

    ON TOPIC: I notice, more often than not, when I park on the avenue, I hardly ever get a ticket. If I park on the street, I'm sure to get a ticket.
