We have been using them for about 4 months now. While they are a little more expensive then most services, they are very good. We've had 4 different cleaners from them and all were very thorough. The house smells could for about 2 weeks after each cleaning. -
You should also do a search in the PH forum. This has been discussed there too.

I used white glove elite last week. I'll use em again.

Were they very thorough? Do they wear uniforms? -
They? Uniforms? What do you think this was some sort of softcore porno?
It was one jamaican woman, she did a good job and had a bad attitude. I'll use them again but no the same person. The people on the phone just fine. -

I envisage an entire team of smarly uniformed cleaners obsessed with making everything sparkle....

Was the woman rude to you? I just called White Glove and they can send somebody tomorrow but I don't like the sound of the woman you got...... -
She just seemed pissy to me. As for the scenario you described, good luck with that!

I think Zen Home cleaners are supposedly serene, uniformed and extremely diligent... -

i think I got the same woman you did!! She cleaned thoroughly but she was a bit slow and also not particularly friendly When I asked her if I could get her a coffee or a glass of water i was greeted with a blank stare. She took 7 hours to clean what is basically a 1-bed plus den plus study and she ran out of time and didn't even get to the den or the study. Like you I'd use White Glove again but not her

Actually, I have not found anyone else like them. If you have any complaints at all about anything, call Deanna, the owner and if it is legitimate, she will take care of it. Believe me-- they redid something for free for me and she was most apologetic. The next time I used them I got a discount and they sent someone else, who I like a lot. I spoke to her and she said the cleaners are trained to have good attitudes and hired on that basis, but I imagine everyone once and a while, as with any business, someone has a bad day or just had a good job interview. Talk to Deanna and let her know if there are any problems, including attitudes and believe me she will take care of it-- they want to know! -

I am not using anyone else. They have it down and understand what it means to pay that much for a cleaning service. Any legit complaints and they take care of you, believe me. I can't go back to anyone else now-- I am addicted to this service. They also organized my entire home. Cost me a bit, but it is worth it. The owner is a designer and I am considering using her for some light interior decorating. -
Subject: Try Ms. Green-Clean (www.msgreenclean.com)
There are good alternatives. My husband and I love ms. green clean (www.msgreenclean.com). They do this whole deep cleaning thing and leave our place looking and smelling really good and fresh. They clean floors on their hands and knees! Crazy, but they do a great job.[/url] -
Clean your own damn house instead of using slave labor. That is what they are. At least tip em a lot because you know the actual workers aren't getting shit. It all goes to management. And you wonder why they are pissy.

I have my own brand of Zen cleaning - an iPod, public radio, and some clorox wipes.
Howard Stern makes for some good Zen cleaning too. -

http://www.wecandoit.coop/ - the money does NOT go to management with these women. Support them!
