WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ABOUT KARAOKE IN PARK SLOPE? WOULD YOU GO OR WOULD IT MAKE YOU LEAVE OR NOT GO TO A BAR THAT HOSTED IT .

  • union hall has karaoke on sat. nights
  • bring it on! i think it's better during the week--i for one wouldn't step foot into union hall on a saturday night!
  • The only place I go for Karaoke is Hope and Anchor.. All the rest are lame. Yeah.. I am gramma ..but I really can sing.
  • The Bell House has karaoke on Wednesday nights & Union Hall has it downstairs after the bands on Friday nights (way more chill downstairs than up on the weekends).
I think Hope & Anchor is ok, but I hate how there's no stage or anything. Like you're just standing next to someones table and facing someone else's with a mic in your hand, it's a little weird.
  • RockerGirl I agree that the set up at Hope and Anchor is a little weird but for me it is actually comfortable not to be on a raised stage. It is like you are singing to other people at the same level, kind of singing among them.
