New places on Union and Nostrand

The same guy who owns Bagels & High Tea and Tavern on Nostrand is opening up 3 new places (all right next to each other) on the corner of Nostrand and Union. It looks like construction is almost done. Has any one heard when these places are supposed to open?

I think one is either a gourmet food store or another restaurant and one has to do with clothes.

I spoke to David the owner of Tavern on Nostrand about the spa and met one of the women who is picking the products for it.

Did they happen to mention when it will be opening? I should talk to David about getting some of the products of my beauty clients in there.

He didn't mention when and I was there about two or three months ago so it may be close now.
