I'm a manicurist and I want to know if any of you are getting mani's and pedi's and what would be a good price for them in your guys opinion.

well it all depends on the clients your catering to. I woul do the mani's for anywhere bet. $20-$30 (depening on want client wants) & pedi's $20 - $35, then may be a compo for $30.

might be a good idea to check out the prices in the area your going to be working in.

I think manis should be around $6 and pedis $15. Both for $20 or under. Especially with this economy. Salon must be extremely clean. I think that's really the reason I don't get them anymore because people are charging exorbitant rates ($35+ before tips) or if it's a little less, they are not clean. Where is your salon in Williamsburg?

My salon is call velvet nails and is inside the velvet roses salon in williamsburg bewten havemeyer and marcy close to the restaurant londge and the phone is 718 909 0282

Go to citysearch and yelp under the velvet roses name and there you can read ours reviews and get more imformation. The salon is huge and clean. We not share tools. And each person have their own file woodstick and buffer.thank u

I usually pay $8 for a mani and $20-25 for a pedi. I haven't tried any by me (Montrose L) since they have all looked a bit shady to me.
