    The apples will go great with any cheedar or blue cheese too.

    Great! It helps a lot to have fruit when there is so much cheese that is that strong. Otherwise it can all just blend together.

    I'm bringing a few cheeses including a nice hunk of taleggio and a blue stilton, a spicy soppressata sausage, and a liver pate (chicken I think so Scarho can eat it). Also Mama's salsa which is still frozen (if she'll tell me that we can defrost in in the microwave since I forgot to take it out of the freezer last night.)

    Not sure if the dumplings will work since I can't logistically figure out how to get over to Eton to pick them up and then haul ass to PS. Next time we do my place we can have them deliver. I am however eating them for lunch today and the duck dumpling is tasty.

    And Beaver, yer coming tonight.
