Vet on Flatbush - Closed?

Hi, does anyone know what happened to the vet on Flatbush near St. Marks. I'm actually trying to find out who owns the building and if the vet has cleared everything out. Any info would be helpful. Thanks

I think it was called Park Slope Animal Health Center, 250 Flatbush?? It was right near the little intersection of St. Marks and Flatbush where there is a clock.

I'm not sorry they closed, they completely missed that my 3 year old cat was having kidney failure and sent us home with antibiotics. She died a week later.

I've been unable to find any record at all of this building on the DoB website. We were hoping to find out if there were any animal cages left when they closed for my mom's new store.
