We're looking for X++ developers OR people wth Dynamics ERP implementation experience (AX preferred, although we can train from GP or NAV)

How many people in the world do you think are qualified?
My group is hiring (different skillset from this) and I think the worldwide pool is about 50-100, most of whom don't want to relocate. -
Its no THAT specialized, I mean we get about 100 emails a day through our website (and we work remote, no relocation required but we do travel.) I just thought I'd help someone out. The PM position is most general... running one ERP project is like running them all as far as high-level project plans go.
