I've used Rolling Press in Brooklyn a few times for business cards and brochure. Eugene Lee has been very very helpful. They are also eco-friendly.

I used www.gotprint.com with good results, I am not sure if they will be good for invitations.
I also used for more fancy prints (and am very happy with) a printer called Mapleton Printing, but they are not in PS.

We used a place next to Arthur's (very expensive) for our invitations and I think it was around 300 bucks. We used a painting as the image on the cards, they included envelopes and replay cards and envelopes. I think they are on 13th, between University and 5th Ave. They are more of a business printer.
