....You could likely successfully argue that (at least in NYC) the government has had more success in riding the world of franchised wine stores than cocaine.

I like to read, but I have absolutely no interest in Ayn Rand.
If you're curious, the last three books I read were The Picture of Dorian Gray, Wuthering Heights (again) and Bloodsucking Fiends. -
