    I'm going to request the first one I had - she was great. This one wasn't a nasty person, she was just not that competent. I had loads of glasses on the table and I said to her, "don't worry about the glasses, I will load them into the dishwasher a little later." Then I went out for an hour and found she'd spent that entire time hand-washing the glasses. She also took it upon herself to rearrange things in a most bizarre way (dog dishes arranged on top of my stove). Plus I booked her for 4 hours and she told Zen she needs 5.5 hours and she didn't even clear that with me. All this inconvenience makes me ALMOST want to do my own cleaning :twisted: :D
