looking for other creative freelancers to grab lunch/coffee

recently left office gig and am freelancing from home.
started talking to the Golden Girls today which means it's time i start interacting with the occasional real human again.
wanted to see if there are other illustrators, designers, writers out there that want to occasionally meet up and grab lunch etc...

I am not in a creative field but I do work from home. Theres a handful of us on here...as far as I can tell we all use this board and gchat to keep from going insane. and lots of walks.
At any rate, I'd be down. i tried to start a monthly lunch thing in park slope but didnt get anywhere...

Well, I'm about to quit my corporate "fashion" bone crushing, soul sucking job and go back to freelancing! :puker: I'll check back in with ya when I make it to the other side! I'm always down for coffee and creativity!

I'm a textile designer btw. what kind of freelance do you do?
