Park Slope Pork Off charity food competition
Hi carnivorous Slopers! The Park Slope Pork Off on May 3 1pm-4pm is looking for competitors and eaters.
The only rule for competitors is that the recipe contain a pork ingredient, and a popular vote will determine the top three winners. The champion goes home with a trophy and $50. All proceeds from the tasting fee will go to survivors of toxic waste in the Philippines (kamayatpuso.org). A link to the event is below, along with its location, etc. I'm looking for competitors and eaters, so if you happen to be hog lovers, I'd be honored by your recipes. Thanks! Be well!
