  • dude, there's a Classifieds section for this

    and for anybody looking, this is the end of Windsor Terrace farthest from the Slope. Closer would be the 16th St stop.
  • That's waaaaay overpriced - I pay 1800$ for a 1.5 bedroom garden apartment w/garden access on Union St btwn 7th & 8th.
  • Isn't that a lot of money for a place in Windsor Terrace?
  • I say one of us goes to take a look at the joint, then upper decks the toilet.

    Wow! Clearly I have been charging too little for my $1900 central slope 1BR rental, which is completely renovated, with details, and about the same size as yours. It's either that or you need to cut back on your crack intake and price that apartment for reality.

    I'm all for any plan that involves upper-decking
  • Subject: upper deck?

    I'll upper deck it myself if you tell me what the hell that means :)

    I want pictures!
  • i swear everyone on this board is doing the upperdecking of other folks toilets!!!
  • In defense of the crackhead landlord:

    The place looks like it's in near mint condition, at least from the photos;
    Garden access is worth a premium, even if he doesn't have a single picture of it in his long and boring slideshow;
    The kitchen looks great and has new appliances;
    Ditto for bathroom;
    The living room is large enough to partition for multiple uses (duh! don't you watch HGTV??)

    Still... given the location, I might shop around before agreeing to $1850.

    Looks like a top notch quality renovation. Still, location, location, location.

    Maybe, but I don't know what they were thinking picking that color tile with that color cabinets in the kitchen.

    And I still want to see Al Suarez's upper decking pics!
  • Subject: boring slide show

    hola, I updated the boring slide show to a semi-boring slideshow...plus added new shoots from today. I promise to Upper Deck the bathroom myself if I don't rent it for $1850. Thanks for the support!

    new slide show...last pics are new!
