Bar/Restaurant Suggestions for group of about 10
Can anyone suggest a bar/restaurant in Carroll Gardens and/or the Smith St. area to bring 8-10 people in their 30s for cocktails? We've already gone to Clover Club (standing in the bar area), Black Mountain Wine Bar (sitting at a table), Robin des Bois (dinner in the back yard) and all were great and were able to accommodate us.
Is Char No 4 a good place for a group? I haven't been there yet. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Char 4 has an backyard patio that might work for your group. Give them a call.
What's the name of that bar and grill with the large patio that faces the street corner that Gowanus Yacht Club is on??They are big enough. -
Union Smith Cafe

Yeah, if you haven't been to Char #4, go. Especially when it's finally warm enough to eat outside. Sample might work too, and you can get little plates of food to munch on. Also JakeWalk might be a little small for 10, but might work if you let them know in advance that you were coming and it's a great bar with great small plate options.

Mama, are you sure you're thinking of the correct corner? Opposite GYC is the Rite Aid and the park. I don't think there is a bar and grill on the 4th corner (but could be wrong).

I like going to Union Smith Cafe for brunch. However, it seems very family oriented at night (and I haven't really seen many people hanging at the bar either). Am I wrong on this?
Also, forgot to mention that we also went to The Jakewalk, already. It's very good but the time we went the waitress was a little unfriendly/arrogant (although I've sat at the bar and the bartender was very accommodating).
