598 President street (corner of 4th)

Can anyone tell me about the apartments on 598 President street at the corner of 4th ave? I am thinking about subletting a furnished one bedroom apartment there for $2000/month. Is it a good apartment- clean, modern etc? Is $2000 a reasonable price for that area for a one bedroom? I live across country and will be subletting this place without actually seeing it. Thank you
