Depending on where in the world you look, you will find allegations of all kinds of stuff. The most prevalent, in my query into it is a barium and aluminum oxide concoction. Said to be used for scalar technologies. Including but not limited to, weather modification. Most notable instruments of these technologies are The Woodpecker Grid, HAARP and that spot next to Chernobyl that I can't remember the name right now. As for the biological component, Morgellans Disease. A disease which afflicts many thousands of people around the globe, yet is not regognized or studied by Medical Societies.
Anyone I'd say under 25 wont have a recollection of a clear blue sky. Our skys are not what they are supposed to be.

Global Warming is a fraud. From what I have been researching, we should be fearing an New Ice Age. Where things cool down a bit like it did a few hundred years ago. What I was taught as the Dark Ages, Medieval Times etc.
The Sun controls our climate. We live on the third rock from it. When the sun gets hot, we get hot, when the sun get cool, so do we. Look up the science for yourself.

This thing is alleged to be on a Global Scale and has been said to been in effect since the 80s. There are different kinds of stuff going up there.
Some just spray this stuff that spreads out and makes the sky dull.
Then there are the grids. The planes that are dumping the lines are flying far above the other traffic. They are all white. I have a disk around here with a few thousand pictures I took a few years back of them. The web has tens of thousands more.

Weather has been modified in some form or another since WW2.
