Are you complaining that some of us are inside on a beautiful day??
-
why is this posted in the park slope thread when it is about windsor terrace? (aka Kensington heights)
-
maybe it should be posted in Prospect Heights, I'm inside.
...at least for the moment -
<< maybe it should be posted in Prospect Heights, I'm inside. >>
only if the daily news and the outside world in general insists that
park slopers must be agoraphobic as a result of your post.

Subject: Complaining in general
Although some of my friends and family complain about this, I am a big time complainer. Long time complainer. As far as I'm concerned, when you complain, you are aware of the world, you keep a vigilant eye on society's issues, and you are not a complete sucker.
Having said this, I cannot believe this post had nothing to complain about. Really?
I can think of ten things in one minute
1) Swan flu
2) Bloomberg's repeal of term limits
3) Atlantic yard's continued BS
4) Garbage overflow in the park on weekends
5) Too much traffic
6) Dirty subways
7) Dirty streets
8) Street bums/people
9) The heat at mid-day
10) Poorly made bagels
To say you have nothing to complain about is to believe that in an imperfect world, you have somehow hit the sweet spot of bliss. Forgetaboutit.
(Be nice w/ any replies, as this was done with light humor. I will proverbially burn anyone who is not nice with some serious complaints) -
There is one big, huge thing that I want to complain about...Its been beautiful outside and I am stuck in my stuffy little apartment trying to get all my course work completed before LIU's semester ends in about a week and a half. I know that I brought it upon myself (sort of), but I just want it to be over so I can stop and breathe and notice the world around me! I hate when teachers constantly want pages upon pages of pointless busy work (that they'll probably never even look at) every single week.
I might be just a little frustrated.
Or I might be losing my mind...did anyone notice any pieces of lost brain matter blowing around 5th ave today?? Kidding. and too delerious to keep going so goodnight. I hope I still seem somewhat sane to some of you! -
@charlesbklyn.... hilarious!! Hilarious! You made me laugh. I really don't have much to complain about except: The Recession, Being a small business owner and trying to get more computers for my interns and the fact that there is not enough bike lanes.
Howdy, Stranger!
