Looking for a new pediatrician and was wondering if anyone had any experience with Marlorie Stinfil, MD?

  • Is she back in Brooklyn and if so what hospital is she affilliated with?
  • or is she in private practice ? She actually was my niece's pediatrician when she was at Long Island College Hospital from about 2 months of age to 2 years when she left to not only have her baby but relocate to Washington DC with her husband. If she is back I would love to know. She is a young enthusiastic doctor, good with children and seemed to know her stuff. My niece immediately took to her and was at ease in her office. She would pick up my niece and hold her and play with her and calm her by rubbing her arm or leg if she had to have a shot. She was compassionate when my niece was sick even if it was a simple cold. Her parents really liked her. My niece now sees Dr Turner at LICH. He knows his stuff. He recognized immediately the symptoms of MRSA( dangerous bacterial infection) in my niece and sent her straight to emergency and literally prevented a life threatening situation because a few more hours and it would be in her bloodstream. He is good also but a little more serious in his bedside manner.
  • She is affiliated with LICH and her practice is at the LICH Medical Pavillion at 1 PPW.
  • I think you have her old listings cause she started at 1ppw then moved to the lich clinic then moved to montague before leaving. Unless you made a recent inquiry then I think she is still in Washington.
