So I came up with this cartoon that I thought I'd share. Unfortunately I can't draw, otherwise I'd send it in to the New Yorker.

A man is in a doctor's office. He has a pig snout instead of a nose. The doctor is examining him with his stethoscope and says "I don't know Bill...It doesn't look good."
