Shooting on Pacific Flatbush

Subject: talked to the cops
I was visiting friends on that block and when we left the apartment, the cops were outside. The cops said that there was a robbery at the clothing store on the corner. I guess the robbery turned to gunfire. The cop made sure to tell us that no one was killed. Was that to reassure us? -

Vinnys Styles at the end of Pacific, next to the furniture store. Two robbers went in to jack the takings and left shooting. One guy was shot in the face and another in the leg. -
Subject: cop rock
I saw the cops over there, they had all those little cone things like on the cop dramas on CBS. It was very CSI:PS; I felt like an extra. -
so anyone got the scoop on did the perps get shot and die or anything like that?
-
Jeez, I've shopped in Vinnies picking up a few things for my brother. As an owner of a boutique, I really, really hate to hear about stuff like this. Sh*t. Are they ok? Does anyone have any more info?

When I saw the cops there, I did not see any sign of an ambulance, could be I missed it, or could be no one was shot? Not sure... -

Another reason we should not allow handguns.
Who's actually using them for defense in their home; seems way more people are out shooting each other up.
Just my opinion though. -

if they allow normal people to carry conceal weapons. arm robbers would think twice robbing any place or person.
there would be alot of old fashion shoot outs.

I think everyone that has a gun should be required to wear chaps and a 10 gallon hat. That way we'd know where the shoot-outs would be and we could watch from the saloon windows in saftey! -

Are you crazy? Law-abiding citizens ought to be able to own a gun. I believe in background checks! The best way to protect ourselves is to prosecute those who commit crimes with guns, not prevent good people from purchasing guns. This is exactly why I voted for Bush. Just Kidding.

Only if they put big wooden barrels in the street that I can jump into.
