Hope this helps, I know well what you are going through. -
I have pretty bad seasonal allergies but have never needed the care of a specialist; perhaps you can try a visit with your normal General Practitioner/Internal Medicine doc? They've always been able to give me a script for allergy pills/eye drops/nasal sprays/etc. that do the trick.
And I know it sounds silly, but I tried that Neti Pot that has become popular this year and feel as if it did help. My allergies haven't been nearly as bad as they usually are. I've been able to control them with OTC meds only (Zyrtec and Bausch and Lomb Alaway allergy eye drops). -
Dr. Charlot in Grand Army Plaza is a great allergist.
