I love how they're spinning this as a major anti-terrorism initiative, but they're starting in Bushwick.

I love how they're spinning this as a major anti-terrorism initiative, but they're starting in Bushwick.

the funding came from a Homeland Security grant
(meanwhile, sifting bone fragments from the roof of Deutsche Bank is done with local resources)
