Hi, looking to rent large 2 or 1 BR in Bensonhurst by 86 St , pref in elevator build, rent $1200-1400 max.

theres a building on the corner of 25th and bath ? or benson ?
i might be off by a block or so, cant quite remember
offering "luxury" 2 BR for like $1200.

i drive over that way to visit friends occasionally, so ive passed it quite a few times but ive never been in, and have no knowledge about it beyond that.

i happened to drive by and notice that building a few days before you asked. i didnt go get the listing, write you , and say hey i know this building ,i will show it to you and collect a fee from you did i ?

so were not all crooks.

some of us actually enjoy meeting nice people and helping them.

which also explains why i dont ever advertise on here.

i dunno, my mommy is calling, so i will have to get back to you.

but seriously id prefer to maintain my right to express myself and my opinions without concerns that they reflect on my place of employment.

How could i possibly express a strong opinion if i had to worry some nutjob might actually walk thru my door and want to have a conversation about whether or not dogs should be allowed to poop off leash in prospect park ? or whether or not ice cream men should get free parking at the hydrant ?
