Carpeting

Our co-op wants to replace the carpet in our four-story common area/stairwell. Does anyone have recommendations for a carpet store and installment? I need to get estimates ASAP!!!!

I always use this company - Millennium Carpet Limited located at 7818 3rd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11209 - (718) 492-2500. I am always very satisfied with the workmanship and quality - not to mention the price.

The last time I used them was to replace the carpeting on my mom's staircases and hallways. The installers were so courteous and professional, the owner was very helpful and actually recommended a lower priced carpet since it would be safer for my mom. Punctual, fair and NEAT (no mess to clean).

These guys have been in business in the same location for over 30 years - says something if they can compete with the mega stores. Would recommend to EVERYONE.

We used Home Depot for carpet in our home, they did a great job. But, this was about 10 years ago

Second for Ceasar's. My co-op used them to replace the common area carpeting last year. They were neat and courteous and prompt.
