I believe Palma Chemists on 7th Avenue also has a notary as does the jeweler on 7th Avenue near 8th Street. Try googling again

Any bank. My bank, HSBC, has never charged me for notary services. i don't even recall them asking for proof of having an account there

These an accountant behind Chem Bank on 7th.
Really old school place. it's fun just to go up there.
