Suggestions for outdoor bar on weekend in daytime for group?

quigley
edited November -1 in Park Slope
Looking for something that wouldn't be too crowded on a Sat/Sun afternoon, preferably with an outdoor patio area that's large enough for a group, and some games inside (pool, darts, whatever...)

Any ideas? Open to North/South Slope, Prospect Heights, Carroll Gardens...

Thanks!

  • Are you bringing the Quiglette?

Flatbush Farm has a huge garden but no games I don't think. Loki also has a huge outside, and pool- crappy pool, but pool. And Awesome bloodies.

Bar Reis? Not huge, but good sized depending on your group.

Where were we just........... oh! Zombie Hut in CG has a backyard and they have a board games MENU!
  • Gate? You may get a table, if you are luckey...
  • No games but Robin Des Bois on Smith St. has a beautiful back yard, complete with grapevines (and real grapes soon!).
  • It's a bit out of the way, but Franklin Park would also be right up your alley...
  • Wait, did you say game menu??? that is awesome.
  • Soda has a decent sized backyard but no games. However they do have an awesome happy hour during the day.

Scarlett, I think you're thinking of Quig, not Quigley.

I agree about Franklin Park and Zombie Hut. I've heard good things about Robin Des Bois but haven't been yet. Apt 138 has a nice outdoor space.
  • Oh wroops!

Hey how come we didn't go to Robin des Bois on Smith Street Stumble Sunday?
  • Thanks everyone for the suggestions!
