Oh, I should probably add that heat and hot water are included. And there is a ton of light since we're a corner building, 2 big windows on the north side, 2 smaller windows on the west side, 2 big ones in the kitchen on the south side, and 1 big one in the bathroom on the south side.

Damn, I keep forgetting stuff. Available August 1st, ll is going to spackle, paint, and change all the switches and outlets. Quiet building, neighbors are all cool, the block is pretty quiet too.
